What got listed in Western Springs this week?

A first floor condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Ridgewood Oaks-just south of 55th and west of Wolf Road. Asking $208,000.

A 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome in Timber Trails. Timber Trails is located at the corner of Wolf and Plainfield. List price $589,000.

A 6 year old home on the 3900 block of Hampton. 5 BR, 5 1/2 bath for $850,000.

    Have u viewed the house on Hampton. Seems it sold for almost a million in 2004. This price would seem a deal compared to 2004.....maybe not compared to next year though.

    The home on Hampton sold for $990,000 in 2004 and was up for sale in 2007 for $1,170,000. It did not sell during that time period. This time it looks like they have priced it according to the market and want it sold.

    I will see it when it is on tour.
