This home is located at 910 Elm in Old Town South. There is a contract pending on it. Two new homes have been listed in the MLS last week in this location. Excellent area close to town, train, parks. Great place to live and fun for the whole family. I raised 3 children in this neighborhood. We lived on the 4600 block of Grand for 23 years. Good news. Seems like this house has been on and off the market for years. It was on the MLS, then for sale by owner, and back on the MLS. Probably relisted additional times. Do you know when it was first offered for sale? Thanks
ReplyDeleteIt was listed with the MLS in January 2007 for $1,079,000 and taken off the market in May. Back on with the MLS 10/2009 $975,000 lowered to $969,000 and a contract. Last reported sale in the mls was 1994 for $520,000.
ReplyDeleteLinda, thanks for the information. Knew the original owners who built it. Surprised it took so long to sell. maybe some had trouble seeing beyond the unique decorating....IMO, nice house in a super location.
