That is a MISLEADING statement. This home was listed for a much higher price, sat on the market forever, was taken off, re-listed at a lower price, and sold at the lower price. But to say it sold in 6 days is a trick.
As I posted previously, IMO Linda does a great service by posting the actually, originally listing price and true time on the market. I am not aware of any other realtor who does this. Thanks Linda

ReplyDeleteI think you are confusing this home with the one at 4547 Wolf. That one started out much higher and has a contract pending on it.
