This home was sold in 2005 for $400,000 and then beautifully rehabbed. It went up for sale in 2006 for $679,000 and was lowered to 659,000 after 185 days. 2007 it went from $659,000 to $629,000 and after 156 days it was taken off and rented out for a couple of years. It came back on the market at $415,000 in 2011 and was lowered to $399,900 and closed on Jan. 15, 2012 for $350,000.
