Congratulations to Me! I have my first grandchild and I am lovin it.

I am starting my year off right. I have been in California since January 2nd when Archer David Hanley was born. Will be back on the 14th ready to help all of you buy and sell real estate. It will be hard to leave here but I will return. Above is Archer getting his first bath in the hospital!
