I will be giving a presentation on the "Evolution of Education in Western Springs: 1872 - 2000" at 7 p.m. in the McClure Library. The lecture, which is open to everyone, will cover changes and challenges in education from the first school in La Grange through the turn of the 21st century. Come see a depiction of his office. Ekdahl House Museum Corner of Wolf Road and 43rd Street This outdoor museum is viewable seven days a week. The small one and one half story frame house is a visual representation of the history of Western Springs. It reflects the ongoing values established by the early settlers and the early residents of the Village. Short sales...

Just got done taking a short sale course. If you are contemplating one call me. There are many good attorneys out there who will help you get through the process. Their fee is paid by the bank. On CNBC news they were saying that there have been 2.8 million short sales completed. During the last 5 years the government did not count the loss as income. As of February of this year that has not been passed again. It ran out at the end of 2013. So if you are thinking of doing a short sale contact your accountant.
