Things to do in Western Springs

Hope you all had a very Happy Mother's Day. To me it always signals that it is now time to start planting flowers. I have been missing Vaughans a lot lately.

This is a good week for me. I have 3 closings-2 sales and a listing. I was looking at the closings for Western Springs for the last 30 days. We had 4 homes close for over a million. That seemed good so I took it a step further and checked for the last 12 months. The total was 8. There are currently 28 homes for sale in that price range. If we went by the last month we only have 7 months inventory. However, if we go by the last year we have over 3 years inventory. I then decided to look at Hinsdale. They had 14 homes close for over a million in the last month and 87 close in that price range for a year. They currently have 153 homes for sale in that price range. Just a little something to think about!
