Middaugh Clarendon Hill - 1,099,900 Built by Beechen & Dill

Out on tour this morning. Home built by Beechen & Dill they had their listing on Tuttle open for all of the realtors to see. Home on Tuttle was up for $1,249,000 and is sold. Picture to the left is of 120 Tuttle but they will be building a similar home on Middaugh. Lot is 60 x 230 and backs to Hinsdale Country Club.
Interesting info-Beechen and Dill built 25 homes last year.

    This is sure confusing. Is Tuttle a street in Clarendon Hills? House on right is a house on Middaugh, also in Clarendon Hills? House on Tuttle was listed for $1,200,000 and sold for ?.

    You are right...The picture is of a home at 120 Tuttle in Clarendon Hills. It was listed for 1,249,000 and has sold. The builder will be building a home very similar to the one on Tuttle. He did not disclose what the home on Tuttle sold for yet because it has not closed.
