Winner of the Tulips Jan Matheny from Ridgewood of Western Springs

Jan won the tulips a few weeks ago. She was unable to receive them at the time because she was headed to Guantanamo Bay to visit her son, daughter-in-law and grandchild. Jan's daughter-in-law is a navy doctor there. The visit was timed perfect...they left before the blizzard and came home after it. The weather was perfect, 80 degrees everyday! This week we will be half way there with temperatures in the 40's.
