Originally listed on April 22nd, 2006 for $454,900 it was relisted on May 29th, 2009 for $299,900 and closed on July 31, 2009 for $275,000. During the listing period there were two contracts that fell through. Not having been the listing agent I do not know why they did not go through. Ultimately it sold by an agent from out of town.
