Effective January 1, 2011 residency is not required, dues are $10.00. Seniors Club meets at 1 pm on the second Monday of each month at the Western Springs Recreation Center, 1500 Walker St.
On the first Thursday of the month at the Western Springs Senior Center, 4211 Grand Avenue, there is storytime from noon-1:30. Bring a brown bag lunch; beverages and dessert will be provided. Senior Center members are free; nonmembers are $5 per person. Reservations required-708-246-3299.
