From the information I have available from the MLS I found that last year from Jan. 1st to May 26th there were 7 closings ranging from $1,050,000-$1,870,000. This year for the same time period there have been 4 closings-1 @$1,035,000, 1 @$1,062,000 and 2 @$1,500,000. There are two with contracts pending and there are 25 homes actively available.
