As the year comes to an end we have 24 condos and townhomes for sale in Western Springs. Only one of these listings has a contract pending on it. This number seems higher to me than usual. It is not uncommon for condos and townhomes to take longer to sell in a down market. This may not be the case in certain areas of big cities.
