Caseys Market, at 915 Burlington Avenue in downtown Western Springs, has been slow roasting their beef for years. That was the only beef they were selling because they thought it was the best. Recently they added Boars Head roast beef to their deli department. After some time they are proud to say that their beef is outselling the Boars Head. Reviews are good on the Boars Head too.
