This home was my listing and it closed on November 30, 2012. I had originally listed it at $729,000 and it did sell right away. The deal fell through and it was back on the market at $699,000 and lowered to 689,000. It sold for $640,000. This home had 4 bedrooms, 1 on the first floor, 4 fireplaces,sunroom, family room and it was on a larger than normal corner lot-99x131. Market time-151 days.
