Listed 6/2006 for $559,900 and taken off the market in January 2007 at the list price of $469,900. Back on in January for $434,900 and taken off the market 11/2007 at the list price of $395,500. Relisted in May of 2009 for $424,900, reduced to $399,900 and Closed on August 21st for $367,500.
