    Seems like a tough market for sellers? Home was purchased for $683,000 in June of 2004..sold for $610,000.....12% less than 2004 value.

    Realistically the Western Springs market seems at 2003 levels, and I'm afraid, heading lower.

    I would guess it was around 2300 square feet
